ER & Corporate Communication Supervisor
Thai Steel Cable Public Company Limited1. Employee Relations:
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies and programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct.
- Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics.
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the development and maintenance of employee policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
2. Internal Communication:
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies and plans to effectively communicate with employees.
- Create and distribute internal communications materials such as newsletters, memos, and announcements.
- Coordinate and manage internal communication channels, including intranet, email, and digital signage.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment in internal communications.
- Facilitate two-way communication by organizing town hall meetings, employee surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Support the dissemination of organizational updates, changes, and initiatives to employees.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information for internal communication purposes.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives.
3. External Communication:
- Assist in developing and implementing the organization's external communication strategies.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media statements, and other external communication materials.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor and respond to media inquiries and requests for information.
- Coordinate and support external events, such as press conferences or corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Corporate Communication, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of communication strategies, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of both Thai and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant communication tools.
- Knowledge in labor legal.
