Work on innovative concepts of new product. Search new idea, researches, market trend, patents to apply with the development work. Bring in new raw material, ingredient, process, concept and technology, as well as design, support and co-ordinate treat product development activities. Support innovation activities, co-ordinate with others to be ready for trial. Lead or participate product, process, machine and packaging trials.
Own project until industrialization. Propose new idea. Provide information to support investment calculation and feasibility study.
Work on new product concept design and prototype from formula design parallel with process, machine and packaging designs until successfully create innovative product that is industrialized and commercialized.

Create new idea, new product concept and learn market trend and requirement through commercial/ Business development team.
•
Co-ordinate with concerned parties such as Process Engineer and Packaging, Production, QC, Marketing and take care projects concerned with innovation, follow up and co-ordinate in order to certain the project to be within timeline and target.
•
Search and collect supported data such as from research, market trends or patents to support innovation activities.
•
Participate Stage Gate, Concept phase presentation, Innovation workshop activities.
•
Plan, instruct, recommend and assign tasks to subordinates.
•
Overlook sub-ordinates to work follow company’s registration in term of safety, work instruction, procedure and standard of all management systems such as quality, environment and safety.
•
Perform any assigned tasks that are given by management.
•
Report food safety issues.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor degree in Food Science or Agro Industry or Research and Development or Food Engineering or Food/ Animal Nutrition or Science fields or other related fields.
Experience:
>3 years in supervisor level in Food or Pet Food industry, in Research and Development field.
