1. Execute technical expertise in innovation project, new wet product development, raw materials study, and production processes.
2. Identify customers' needs, market's trends, and areas for further business growth. Translate these into new product development opportunities.
3. Explore new technologies, raw materials, and production processes that may strengthen and differentiate innovative products.
4. Conduct and or assist Innovatione Experts with technical training to marketing team.
5. Ensure usage of raw materials complies with Thai Union's and customers requirements as well as industry regulations.
6. Participate in brainstorming session with key stakeholders.
7. Other tasks as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition, Food Science or related fields
