Responsibilities

ออกแบบ วิเคราะห์ และเขียนแบบงานที่อยู่อาศัย รายละเอียดตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
ควบคุมดูแลการเขียนแบบให้เป็นไปตามแบบอ้างอิง และข้อกำหนดของโครงการ
รวบรวม จัดเตรียม พัฒนางานออกแบบตามแนวทางที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
วางแผนงานในแต่ละโครงการร่วมกันภายในทีมเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมาย
งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 3 ปี ขึ้นไป
จบการศึกษา สถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาสถาปัตยกรรมหลัก
มีทักษะในการออกแบบและพัฒนาแบบ และหากเขียนแบบก่อสร้างได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมทั่วไปที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสายงาน ได้แก่ AutoCad, SketchUp+Vray (หรือ 3Dmax), Photoshop
มีความรับผิดชอบสูง บริหารจัดการงานและเวลาได้ยอดเยี่ยม
มีความเข้าใจในเรื่องวัสดุ สามารถตรวจสอบแบบกับทางหน้างานได้
มีความตั้งใจ กระตือรือร้น และพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้
มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
หากมีความรู้ Construction เป็นอย่างดีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
