• Oversee the digital/ campaign media strategy of the company
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaign
• Design, build and maintain company’s social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Oversee digital and social media strategy and work with internal team, agencies, and other vendor partners to develop effective digital marketing plans
• Manage and control budget of all digital marketing
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
