Staff Management:
- Supervise the work of front-of-house staff, such as receptionists and consultants.
- Regularly train and develop the service skills of staff.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Resolve problems and complaints related to staff.
Customer Service:
- Create and maintain excellent service standards.
- Handle and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction.
- Build good relationships with regular customers.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance summary reports.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Receive and present suggestions for service improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience in service management (experience in the beauty clinic business is a plus).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good personality, enthusiasm, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to use basic computer programs.
