- Conduct comprehensive investigations and gather necessary evidence to support legal arguments.
- Participate in client meetings, gathering essential facts and evidence to aid in case development.
- Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, demand letters, and legal opinions, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and arbitration, advocating effectively on their behalf.
- Filing documents with courts and other authorities.
- Compiling legal information and documentation needed for legal cases and hearings.
- Provide legal research and analysis to partners and senior litigators, contributing to case strategy formulation.
- Provide any other legal support as required and advising clients on various legal issues.
- Regularly update clients and internal teams on case status, communicating legal opinions and progress through WeChat and email.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.).
• License: Must be a licensed lawyer in Thailand.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in corporate, commercial, or civil disputes.
• Strong legal drafting and research skills.
• Excellent courtroom advocacy and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and legal case management tools.
• Chinese language proficiency is a plus but not required.
