Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee information in the system.
• Control and organize employee personnel files for accuracy and completeness.
• Record new hires, employee transfers, and terminations.
• Oversee the time attendance system to ensure accurate tracking of working hours.
• Manage the facial recognition time tracking system, ensuring proper function and resolving issues as they arise.
• Verify and manage information related to shift work, overtime, and other employee benefits.
• Configure work schedules and shift allocations in line with operational requirements.
• Process work hours and calculate leave entitlements to ensure accurate benefits management.
• Manage department assets, ensuring all resources are tracked and maintained.
• Monitor and compile monthly reports on employee movements, including new hires, transfers, and exits.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Accounting preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in employee records management and payroll processing.
• Proficiency in using payroll and attendance systems.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.
