1. Market Quality Monitoring & Control
o Monitor product quality issues in the market and ensure the Market Failure Ratio meets quality targets.
o Analyze and control failure costs related to market complaints.
2. Failure Analysis & Problem Solving
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate product failures.
o Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to minimize defects.
3. Quality Improvement & Collaboration
o Provide updates on product quality issues and collaborate with relevant departments to enhance product standards.
o Work closely with subsidiaries, headquarters, and customers to resolve quality concerns.
4. Customer & Stakeholder Communication
o Attend meetings with customers, subsidiaries, and headquarters to discuss product quality and improvement strategies.
5. Additional Responsibilities
o Support other quality-related tasks as assigned.
o Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering, or related fields and new graduates are welcome.
o Age: 22 – 25 years old.
o Good English communication skills (written & verbal) or TOEIC score of 550 or higher is preferred.
o Knowledge in quality analysis and problem-solving techniques.
o Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
