Admin Officer (Operation)
AnJi-NYK Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Daily Check attendace of all operators compair with data of Outsource vendors.
- Control and tracking Meal coupon for staff by daily.
- Tracking Department expense and separate by Division/Section.
- Control stock of stationary and office supply for employees.
- Collect the purchase orders for each department and follow up.
- Check the billing from suppliers by monthly.
- Issue all supplier payment documents.
- Tracking Production volume , the number of manpower , Over Time and cost based on Section/Business.
'- Follow up overdue invoice and status update with Customer.
- Coordinate with another Department.
- Other ad-hoc assignment by superior
- Age 23-28 years.
- Experiences admin, customer service , finance or other related1-3 years
- Bachelor's degree.
- Good at using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good at coordinating, disciplined and having good interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and able to work urgently.
