- Preparation of Project Enforcement and management of Project in
Real estate JV company
1. Preparation of Project Enforcement
- To coordinate with related parties and manage schedule, documentation,
meeting, signing process and any other necessary tasks to establish/amend JV
company to proceed the JV Projects.
2. Management of Project to ensure quality, cost and safety
- Review and consider project design, financial projection, sales & marketing
plan or any other planning during pre-construction period for the JV projects.
- Review any accounting and financial transactions as is reasonably required
from JV companies and share the information of such transaction.
3. Coordination and reporting to Company and Headquarters
- Confirm the progress of sales, marketing, construction, transfer of the JV
Projects and report
- Review and confirm the monthly financial statements of the JV Companies
4. Research work for investment
- Gather and report on real estate market for current and future real estate projects
5. Support for new business studies
- To coordinate and communicate with related parties and documentation,
meeting, and conduct initial research in new business studies
- Other tasks as assigned
