• Perform precise measurements and record data, considering significant figures and decimal places.
• Interpret product drawings, analyze geometric tolerances, and define practical measurement ranges.
• Analyze measurement results and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Conduct quality inspections using various measuring instruments (e.g., CMM, shape measuring instruments, micrometers, calipers).
• Monitor quality during the manufacturing process, identify issues, and propose effective improvements.
• Collaborate with all departments to enhance overall quality standards
• Other work assign by QAQC manager

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years’ experience as QC or measurements position in manufacturing industry
• Basic to Conversational level of English
• Have experience of using 3D Measurement tool (shape measuring instruments, micrometers, calipers)
• Work in Japanese company is preferable.
• Work experience as wire spring, leaf spring process is preferable.
