ลักษณะงาน
ควบคุมการดำเนินงานในการตรวจติดตามภายในของระบบคุณภาพทุกระบบ ให้สอดคล้องตามนโยบายเป้าหมายของบริษัท และข้อกำหนดของระบบคุณภาพ เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง และลดข้อบกพร่องต่าง ๆ ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ
การปฎบัติงาน
1. ควบคุมเอกสารในระบบคุณภาพและทะเบียนคุม ดำเนินการแจกจ่ายเอกสารระบบคุณภาพให้ส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. ติดตาม Car จากการทวนสอบระบบ ทั้งภายใน และภายนอก
3. ตรวจสอบสอบ 5ส และรายงานผลประจำเดือน
4. จัดทำแผนหลัก รวบรวมรายงานแผนปฏิบัติงาน กลยุทธ์ และทวนสอบตัวชี้วัดประจำเดือนประจำปีของทุกแผนก
5. จัดทำรายการใบรับรองต่างๆ ติดตามการอัพเดตตราสินค้า และต่ออายุ
6. ร่วมคัดกรอง ประเมินร้านจำหน่าย ผู้รับจ้างผลิต หรือ ตัวแทนผลิตสินค้าเก่า/ใหม่ ตามระบบ
7. ทวนสอบ และวิเคราะห์คุณภาพสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด
8. รับข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า จากส่วนงานขาย และการตลาดลง Car Log ติดตามการวิเคราะห์หาแนวทางในการแก้ไขป้องกัน ตลอดจนการทำรายงานส่งกลับลูกค้า
9. รับเรื่องการหาข้อมูล กรอกแบบฟอร์ม ระบบคุณภาพของลูกค้า
10. ริเริ่มและจัดทำระบบการจัดการคุณภาพใหม่ๆ
11. วิเคราะห์กระบวนการทำงาน ให้สอดคล้องตามข้อกำหนด รักษาคุณภาพในบริษัทฯ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง

- อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป
- การศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร วิศวกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อม อาชีวอนามัย และความปลอดภัย การ จัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ การจัดการระบบคุณภาพ ISO9001, ISO14001, HACCP, GHP, BRC และ/หรือ ระบบอื่นๆ ในโรงงาน อุตสาหกรรม อย่างน้อย 6 ปี
1. มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพ เช่น 1509001, 15014001, HACCP, GHP, BRC และ/หรือ ระบบอื่น ๆ
2. มีความสามารถในการตรวจติดตามภายในระบบคุณภาพ ในระบบ Auditor หรือ Lead Auditor
3. มีความสามารถการบริหารเชิงระบบ มุ่งตอบสนองต่อกลยุทธ์ บริหารงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
4. มีความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ระบบงานแก้ไขปัญหาที่ซับซ้อนได้ดี สามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศช่วย อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
5. สามารถวางแผนการประยุกต์ระบบคุณภาพในองค์กรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
6. สามารถปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบการจัดการคุณภาพเชิงบูรณาการได้
7. มีความสามารถในการปรับตัวให้เข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานที่หลากหลายได้ดี
8. มีความสามารถในการทำงานเป็นทีม แบบระคมสมอง
