- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and values, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
- Create and post compelling job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department managers to select qualified candidates.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees and successful adaptation to the organization.
- Build and maintain a talent pool database for future recruitment needs and succession planning.
Training and Development- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and design appropriate training programs.
- Plan and manage training programs, including seminars, workshops, and e-learning, for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with department managers to design specific training tailored to the skills required for each position.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Foster a continuous learning culture to encourage self-development within the organization.
Employee Engagement- Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate clear communication and address employee concerns.
- Organize activities that enhance employee relationships and increase job satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate employee satisfaction levels, providing recommendations for improving the work environment.
HR Administration- Maintain accurate records related to recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.
- Manage the budget for recruitment and training activities efficiently.
Employer Branding- Promote the company as an attractive place to work by showcasing its values and employee successes.
- Work with the marketing team to share employee success stories and the company’s unique attributes through online platforms.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and training, with a preference for experience in real estate development.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient in designing and implementing effective training programs.
- Expertise in HR management tools (HR tools), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and learning management systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Data analysis skills to improve recruitment and training processes.
