- Create a plan, control and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and on time delivery.
- Control production line run smoothly.
- Responsible for Lean, Kaizen, Productivity, Budget control, Cost down project.
- Process control of Production since trail test until mass production.
- Coordinate production workflow for every products.
- Solve the problem that happen in production line.
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Provide regular feedback to employees on performance and communicate areas of improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills to direct employees.
- Male or Female age not over than 45 Years.
- At least 10 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing production environment.
- Working experience in Plastic and packaging industry preferable.
- Demonstrated leadership, decision making, team work and organizational skills.
- Ability to resolve conflict and effective negotiation skills with cross functional.
- Ability to effectively promote safe work practices and motivate others to follow.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of both written and spoken in English.
- Excellent ability to manage time and resources to meet deadlines.

MMP CORPORATION LTD. MMP Corporation was founded by fellow businessmen who attended Class 1 of the executive development program: Modern Managers Program (MMP), organized by the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University, in 1984 and was granted permission from the school to adopt that name for their business venture.
January 26, 1988 - the business was registered as MMP Packaging Group Co., Ltd. and began to import food wrapping film from Riken Vinyl Industries Co., Ltd., Japan, for local distribution under the brand name: M WRAP. MMP intended to offer a hygienic quality food contact product to the customers.
Currently, we are the national and regional leader in food cling film and a global player in pallet stretch with annual capacities of 10,000 MT and 80,000 MT for cling and stretch film respectively.
