Collection Senior Officer - Manager

• Oversee and monitor the performance of in-house and outsourced collection teams.
• Track key metrics such as call volumes, payment promises, and field collector results to ensure efficiency.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to in-house and outsourced collectors.
• Offer guidance and practical advice to collection teams to improve their performance and effectiveness.
• Identify challenges and recommend actionable strategies to enhance collection outcomes.   
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
• Undertake additional tasks or assignments as required to meet organizational goals and objectives.

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in Collection
• Experience in Financial Institutions, Banking or Leasing company
• Experienced in managing and controlling the OA team
• Computer literacy: MS Office
• Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Good English communication skills
