Job Description:

• Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Oversee and ensure comprehensive control of cost, schedule, quality, and safety in HVAC system construction projects and related electromechanical facilities.
• Evaluate construction drawings in the HVAC discipline, providing feedback and proposing optimized design solutions to the design department.
• Approve and ensure the suitability of materials and equipment submitted by contractors, considering technical characteristics and project requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication among design units, construction teams, supervision units, and government authorities.
• Conduct inspections of on-site design and project changes, confirming modifications align with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Regularly report project progress and related issues to the headquarters' equipment power department, ensuring alignment and compliance with organizational goals.

Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC or related field
• At least 3 years of working experience in HVAC, electromechanical project construction, and operation maintenance work.
• Familiar with HVAC construction procedures, detailed organization designs,andconstruction drawings; capable of reviewing drawings and managing constructions effectively.
• Able to promptly resolve various problems that may arise during the project construction process.
• Familiar with installation standards and safety requirements for HVAC systems
