CK Asset Holdings, a division of VCAN Group of companies, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented พนักงานขายโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรูระดับซูเปอร์ลักชัวรี (Sales Luxury Housing Project) to join our team! We are currently developing PANARAMA, a collection of sustainable ultra-luxury houses nestled in the heart of the renowned Panya Golf Course. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in selling some of Bangkok's most exclusive properties.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise and passion for luxury real estate to connect with high-net-worth individuals and convert them into satisfied homeowners.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, real estate agents, and industry partners
- Conduct property tours and presentations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of PANARAMA
- Negotiate and close sales in accordance with company policies
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends
- Prepare sales proposals and marketing materials
- Participate in sales events and exhibitions
- Manage and qualify leads
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related fiel
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-end property market
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market in Bangkok
- Ability to build trust and rapport with affluent clients
- Discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken)
- Overtime
