Management Trainee

• Rotate through various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics.
• Assist with project management and research initiatives.
• Develop and present insightful reports and recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations (potential).
• Learn and contribute to the sales and marketing strategies for our leading brands.
• Gain exposure to the different sales channels, including Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, E-commerce, and OTC.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
• Strong work ethic, with a commitment to continuous learning and development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
