• With a college degree or above in hotel, tourism, business management, architectural engineering, project management, or related fields. Preference will be given to those with professional experience in architectural engineering.
• Work experience: Over 10 years of hotel industry experience, including at least 1 year of general manager experience in a high-end resort hotel, or at least 8 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years of experience in hotel construction or large-scale commercial real estate project management.
• Familiarity with hotel design, construction, and operation processes.
• Strong project management, budget management, and risk management abilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational and coordination skills, good communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
• Ability to work under high-pressure environments and multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with the local Thai market, local laws, regulations, and standards, including building codes, fire safety, and environmental protection requirements, is a plus.
• Proficient in computer use, especially project management software such as MS Project.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese/English; knowledge of Thai is a plus.
