Cost Accounting Supervisor

1. Key Receive Purchase Raw Material Local /Import.

    - Checking document and Key receive in formula system

    - Print receipt slip and separate document for the two set

    - Key in Adjust Cost Sheet 

    - Closing Purchase Report

2. Key Transfer and Issue Stock Vender and Compare stock vender Report.

3. Key Return Qc Reject to Subcontract and Received Replacement form Subcontract.

4. Control Key Stock in system MRP and Control Documents MO. 

5. Control Stock NOMO.

6. Adjustment Price for Transfer Vander and Replacement.

7. Check Manufacturing Close (MC ) ( Ass'y for Packing, Mold ) 

8. Key in Machine Hour and Working time by MC (Ink, Injection,Mold ) 

9. Set BOM on MRP System for Ink Dept. Injection Dept.

10. Prepare Aging Inventory monthly report.

11. Prepare Inventory Grade Management report.

12. Cooperate in organizing activities such as 5S , Quality System (ISO9001)

13. Strictly comply with safety and environmental regulations. including the proper use of personal protective equipment.

14. Any jobs assignment from Division Manager.

1. Bachelor's degree in related file.

2. At least 3 years' experience in Costing & General Accounting.

3. Knowledge of MRP system with Formula system.

4. Have communication skills.
