Basic Requirements

Full Time

1 - 2 Year

Bangkok and its Vicinity

Bachelor's Degree

20,000 - 30,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with the related parties to collect requirement, conduct competitive bidding, negotiation and propose supplier selection.

2. Response to all raw material requirements and liaise with international and local raw material suppliers.

3. Sourcing for potential suppliers and maintain good relationship.

4. Issue operation documents, purchase order, delivery order, invoice etc.

5. Control delivery schedules with suppliers and customers.

6. Manage import shipping documents.

7. Provide problem resolving, deal with customer complaints and supplier controls.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 years' experience in an overseas purchasing or sourcing role, ideally within the retail or consumer goods sector.

2. Proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with international suppliers.

3. Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify cost-saving opportunities

5. Fluency in English or Chinese language would be advantage

6. Familiarity with international trade regulations and logistics processes
