Customer Service
ADECCO Phaholyothin Recruitment Ltd. / Adecco Recruitment (Thailand) Limited- Accurately input and process customer orders into the company's system.
- Maintain detailed records of customer orders and relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with customers, agents, and forwarders to ensure timely shipments.
- Work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Department of Foreign Trade to leverage Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and benefit customers.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience as Customer service or Sales operation or Support in chemical or related industry
- Skill of SAP B1 is an advantage
