Business Development Executive
ADECCO Phaholyothin Recruitment Ltd. / Adecco Recruitment (Thailand) Limited- Develop and expand customer relationships in both domestic and international markets to drive sales growth.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with overseas agent offices and potentially travel abroad for business meetings to foster strong international partnerships.
- Effectively manage daily sales activities and maintain a robust sales pipeline through the utilization of a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Graduated at least bachelor degree in Business administration, Logistics or related field
- At least 3 years working experience as Sales, business development, key account or related in freight forwarding industry.
- Good command in English (Direct report to foreign manager)
