ADECCO Phaholyothin Recruitment Ltd. / Adecco Recruitment (Thailand) Limited- Receiving booking inquiries from shippers and securing air cargo space through the designated airline representative
- Notifying shippers and MGH agents promptly upon receiving flight confirmation details from the airline agent
- Tracking and coordinating the documentation required by the airline agent to prepare draft master airway bills (MAWB) and house airway bills (HAWB)
- Overseeing the production of draft MAWB and HAWB by the airline agent and forwarding these documents to shippers and overseas agents for validation
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 3 years working experience as customer service / CRM in freight forwarder or related industry
- Active and excellent interpersonal skill
