Coordinator (Japanese speaking)

- Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, Tariff, Document, Inland Transport, Sub-contractors, and superiors) to resolve work-related issues.
- Collaborate with related departments to obtain freight inquiries.
- Contact outsourced operational subcontractors (warehouses) to obtain operation costs (storage, packing, handling, etc.).
- Coordinate with company overseas branches and customers for quotation inquiries.
- Act as a verbal translator between Thai and Japanese staff.
- Timely translate emails, documents (letters, notifications, accident reports, delivery notes, order sheets, work instructions, etc.) from customers or related to site operations.
- Translate Customs Notifications, Procedures, and Announcements as requested.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields
- New grad is also welcomed
- Good communication skill
