- Efficiently and accurately process customer orders, provide confirmation notifications, and communicate with customers regarding any additional or special requirements.
- Perform order entry in the system, including entering sales orders and shipping documents according to customer and shipping requirements, ensuring complete documentation for on-time delivery.
- Communicate with vendors to monitor the timely arrival of purchased products and provide regular shipment updates to customers. Liaise closely with internal and external parties for both inbound and outbound delivery arrangements.
- Manage the movement of materials to warehouse locations in preparation for shipment and conduct receiving activities.
- Actively participate in the quality management system.
- Report on the performance of the quality management system and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Arrange shipments according to customer orders.
- Ensure deliveries are made to the correct locations.
- Verify that shipping documents provided to customers are accurate and timely.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in export operations.
- Familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Proficient in administrative tasks and record-keeping with keen attention to detail.
- Basic skills in MS office, Outlook, SAP
- Good command of English.
