Cost Accounting Supervisor
ADECCO Phaholyothin Recruitment Ltd. / Adecco Recruitment (Thailand) Limited- Manage all aspects of cost accounting activities especially cost capitalization with accuracy.
- Provide financial cost analysis for operations
- Review all expenses to ensure they are booked accurately and timely.
- Perform closing ending inventory, consumed inventory and make an accounting adjustment where appropriated
- Ensure inventory transactions align with related regulations and accounting standards (BOI, Custom, Tax, etc.)
- Monitor, control and analyse actual cost
- Manage and supervise the payment team with any tax relevant.
- Stock account reconciliations are done by a timely manner.
- Ensure effective and efficient internal control processes are in place.
- Cooperation with the Accounting Manager to ensure the smooth of month-end and year-end closing.
- Collaboration with auditors and tax office.
- Provide information as required by the Accounting Manager and FP&A
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 5 years with financial background in costing and reporting
- Solid knowledge in cost capitalization/ cost analysis preferably from manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure with short deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and hands-on
- Good supervisory skills, decision-making ability, effective communication, time management ability and stress management ability
- Positive attitude, energic and flexible
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Strong experience with MS office, especially Excel
- Good knowledge in Express system is a must.
