Lead the planning and execution of marketing events and activations, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Manage all aspects of event production, from ideation to implementation, delivering innovative and impactful experiences.
Event Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and propose creative event concepts.
- Develop detailed event plans, budgets, and timelines.
Execution and Coordination:
- Oversee all event production elements, including venue selection, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure events are executed seamlessly, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Handle on-site event management, addressing any issues promptly.
Client and Team Collaboration:
- Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Lead internal teams and external partners to deliver successful activations.
Post-Event Reporting:
- Analyze event outcomes and prepare detailed reports, including ROI analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication arts, or related fields.
- 5-6 years of experience in event production and activation.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in English and relevant event management tools.
