- Check and maintain PLC programs and control data.
- Manage and control spare parts inventory.
- Perform machine repairs and ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist the Manufacturing Manager to ensure smooth operation across all shifts.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to process abnormalities.
- Train and develop subordinates to improve productivity.
- Source and prepare machine parts to support uninterrupted production.
- Lead energy-saving projects and implement Kaizen activities with a technical focus in manufacturing.
- Male, 29–35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance and process improvement.
- Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Fair proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in energy-saving and Kaizen initiatives is a plus.
