- Have a solid understanding of PLC, GOT Mitsubishi, and electrical systems.
- Modify PLC programs for Kaizen projects and to reduce machine downtime.
- Improve machinery used within the department and across related production areas.
- Oversee the setting, repairing, and installation of equipment, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety protocols, and work plans..
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance and automation.
- Advanced knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC, electrical systems, GOT Touch, and Inverter.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to enhance machine efficiency.
- Experience in machinery improvement and production system optimization.
- Ability to work within safety and engineering guidelines.
