- Conduct preliminary feasibility studies/feasibility assessments of assigned projects on technical and non-technical aspects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop strategic objectives, execution roadmaps, and potential business models.
- Drive, monitor, manage, and report overall consolidated project progress to ensure business plan achievement.
- Stay updated on market and technical trends.
- At least 3 years of experience in the petroleum/petrochemical industry or related fields. Experience in project management and financial analysis & valuation is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Technology, Engineering, or an MBA.
- Knowledge of production planning and Linear Programming (LP) is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in diverse environments, including overseas assignments.
- Demonstrated academic performance and proficiency in English communication.
