- Reach out to potential clients via phone calls and emails to introduce recruitment services.
- Arrange meetings and present tailored talent acquisition solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while offering hiring strategy consultations.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Strong proficiency in English and computer skills (Google Workspace).
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with both colleagues and external partners.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working across departments.
- Passion for career growth and long-term development within the organization.
- Ideal traits: energetic, self-motivated, supportive, adaptable, team-oriented, positive, mature, and detail-focused.
- Prior experience in recruitment (scouting, matching, interviewing, and candidate recommendations) is a plus.
- Strong interest in the HR industry; experience in a business consultancy firm is an advantage.
- Sales experience (B2B or B2C) is beneficial.
