Finance & Accounting Manager (Based in Ratchadaphisek Rd.)

• Oversee all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure accurate financial records, including A/R, A/P, GL, fixed assets, costing, monthly closing, and auditing.
• Handle cash flow management, ensuring sufficient liquidity to support business operations.
• Lead funding negotiations and banking relationships, securing financial support and optimizing loan structures.
• Maintain strong connections with financial institutions to facilitate corporate funding.
• Develop pricing and cost structures to enhance business profitability.
• Monitor and improve financial strategies to optimize working capital and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Strong background in corporate finance, funding, and banking negotiations.
• Proven ability to secure corporate loans and manage financial relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
