Education and Professional Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, auditing, and budgeting processes.
