Learning Solution Design Manager
Beyond Training Co.,Ltd- Design and develop a comprehensive Learning Architecture by integrating core courses with diverse learning tools and methods to create engaging Learning Journeys and Blended Learning Solutions, including E-learning, Assessment Tools, Community of Practice, Project-based Learning, and Business Case Pitching.
- Adapt and apply Global Leadership Development Frameworks and international best practices to suit the workforce development context in Thai organizations.
- Design and develop comprehensive Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) and Talent Development Programs (TDPs) that focus on nurturing High Potential, Successor, and Future Leader talent pipelines.
- Develop an End-to-End Competency Assessment System and learning progress tracking, including designing learning effectiveness measurement tools aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with learning technology partners to develop innovative and high-impact learning solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on learning outcomes, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement to senior executives.
- Lead and manage the team with effective leadership, fostering team capability development and driving the achievement of Department KPIs while cultivating a Result-Oriented and Continuous Improvement work culture.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Development, Organizational Psychology, Educational Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or workforce development in large organizations.
- At least 2 years of experience in team management.
- Proven experience in managing Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) and Talent Development Programs (TDPs) in international organizations.
- Expertise in designing and developing Learning Journeys and Blended Learning Solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Global Leadership Competency Frameworks and their application within Thai corporate contexts.
- Strong expertise in Learning Analytics and evaluating the Return on Training Investment (ROTI) to measure the effectiveness and value of workforce development programs.
