Sales Executive
MALC-Thai Co., Ltd.- Managing / following up the delivery, production , and inventory plan to meet customer usage requirements.
- Handling documents of Import and export business.
- Contacting both manufacturers and potential customers on the phone, per email, and visit them from time to time.
- Handling document tasks to support sales activities such as quotation, purchase order, tax invoice, non-conforming form, etc.
- Collecting sales data of customer with analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure.
- Female, Age not over 28 years.
- Bachelor degree in any filed.
- Experience 1-3years,fresh graduate are welcome
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point and Power BI
- Good sense of interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Be self-motivated and able to work with pressure while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results.
- Have a strong work ethic with a demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Possess proficient problem solving, decision making skills, service mind and have professional maturity.
- Good attitude and be ready to learn new things.
