IT Infrastructure (1-year contract) - English Required
Orenburg Group of Companies- End user hardware installation & issuing:
- Corporate personal computers (laptops, desktops, tablet PCs) – full build & setup for users.
- Smartphones – assistance with setup of corporate devices, especially for senior executives (but mainly a self-service model for users)
- Corporate accessories – issuing keyboards, headsets etc.
- Corporate IP desk phones – set up of phones on desks where used
- Meeting room technology (TV sets, Video Conferencing Units, Projectors & other equipment) – mainly assisting 3rd party provider with setup & network connectivity Printers – connecting to network, setting up print queues (hardware is supported by 3rd party)
- End-user incident management and resolution for the above technology, within agreed SLA, as per tickets assigned. This covers end-users based on-site or travelling sales users. (See SLA table).
- End-user walk-up resolution, especially for senior executives and for quick how-to, simple questions.
- Basic diagnostics and hardware repair (PCs), handing to 3rd parties for advanced repair as per company contracts/warrantees
- Management of PC replacement cycles according to Mars procedures.
- Stock control and maintenance.
- Control of asset status in inventory tool (storage /production /retired etc.).
- Asset disposal process handling, as per company standard process & 3rd party contract.
- Small assets, accessories & license procurement according to standard company procedure.
- User training – basic training when handing over a new device to the user, plus ad-hoc training as appropriate to help reduce incidents/questions to team.
- Problem analysis and root cause search to provide input for Problem Management.
- Maintenance of existing knowledge and creation of new knowledge in order to provide input for Knowledge Management process.
- On-site incident management for video-conferencing meetings.
- On-site premium support for senior executive video-conferencing meetings – setup, test & support.
- Basic server & telecoms tasks that cannot be done remotely by server support provider, such as racking and cabling.
- Assistance with server room maintenance tasks, under direction of local associate.
- Permanent onsite presence for important sites in business hours
- Proactively regular check for meeting room device and environment.
- Repair or escalate correctly following Mars processes if any issues or risks found.
- Proactively regular healthy check for, network and computer room infrastructure. Repair or escalate correctly following Mars processes if any issues or risks found.
- Additional hardware maintenance service focus on those IT assets out of warranties, such as providing additional hardware warranties, repair for hardware issues, purchasing for broken hardware by demand etc.
- Network infrastructure support:
- For sites with network managed by OBS, require onsite basic support that cannot be done remotely by OBS and assisting with all tests required by OBS.
- For sites with network not managed by OBS require end to end support including installation, configuration, diagnostic and coordination with local network provider for solution implementation and incident management.
- Minimum education is bachelor’s degree of computer engineering or computer science related field.
- Good English writing and speaking.
- 5-10 years of experience in IT Security, IT Infrastructure or any related fields.
- FMCG or manufacturing background is preferred.
