- Prepare, compile, and update ocean freight & surcharge rate in the template uploading to GW’s online system on time.
- Understand rate sheet of all shipping line and be able to identify missing/ incomplete data.
- Coordinate and give a proactive feedback to Procurement/Lead negotiator for information missing / incompletion.
- Ensure the correctness of data entry/data crunching /rate compilation before perform an upload.
- Perform service at high level and achieve KPI target.
- Follow department /company’s rules, policies, and support overall department as needed.
- Other duties / projects as assigned by immediate superior.
• At Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experiences 0-1 year working experience in ocean freight Operation / Procurement / Tender / Customer Service / Import-Export / Air freight / Sea freight.
• Able to communication in English and computer literacy skill.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel.
• Able to manage own working time effectively.
• Attentive to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
