- Establish the direction for organizing nursing services with clear vision, mission, and goals.
- Set nursing service standards in alignment with professional standards and develop strategies for practical implementation.
- Allocate personnel and define appropriate scope of duties.
- Control and supervise the nursing service system to ensure operations align with the set goals and guidelines.
Planning
- Develop and implement policies and strategies for nursing by integrating them with the company's overall strategies.
- Plan for long-term and short-term nursing quality development.
- Plan for adequate nursing staffing that aligns with current and future nursing service management.
Coordination
- Provide nursing consultation, guidance, and problem diagnosis according to policies and planned activities.
- Offer advice, recommendations, and information to internal and external executives to support decision-making in operations.
- Provide nursing consultation, guidance, and knowledge transfer to personnel for developing nursing quality and ensuring they understand and can meet goals.
Service
- Act as a nursing consultant to offer advice, diagnose problems according to policies and planned activities, and suggest improvements for nursing-related issues.
- Transfer knowledge to personnel to enhance service quality, ensuring that nursing staff have the knowledge, skills, and competencies as per standards.
- Female, aged 30 years or older
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher, with a valid license for professional nursing and midwifery
- At least 3 years of experience in nursing or specialized in obstetrics and gynecology
- Ability to work well under pressure, with strong emotional control and a professional demeanor
- Skills in negotiation and conflict management
- Communication and counseling skills
