Human Resources Specialist (Aviation)
Guardforce Security (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.1. Directly reports to Thailand Managing Director and Asia HR Director.
2. Leads and manages the overall human resources management and development functions for five entities within. Responsibilities include recruitment and selection, training and development, leadership development review, performance management system, global employee survey, sales counseling program, payroll management, internal HRMS, compensation and benefits schemes, employee relations, communication, employment, and compliance to legal and HR strategies and controls.
3. Acts as an influential and strategic partner in guiding and driving change initiatives in the company business and people.
4. Acts as a key driver in the company’s annual and monthly key activities such as HR reports, manpower planning, salary benchmark/ structure, headcount and employment cost budgeting, planning and management, performance appraisal, incentive schemes, etc.
5. Provides leadership in acquiring and implementing any HRM and HRD tools and key events, including working closely with line managers to execute related corporate activities.
6. Sustains and develops the company’s work rules, mandatory HR programs, policies, and procedures to support the company’s business objectives.
7. Coaches and provides professional consultation to line managers on HR policies and processes and ensures that those comply with labor law, legal requirements, and company policies.
8. Implements and supports employee engagement.
9. Leads and manages the entire process of key administrative works of the company and is responsible for budgeting, planning, and executing those, which include housekeeping, building maintenance, contract renewal, stationery and office equipment control, company cars.
- Experience in Aviation will be the advantage.
- A degree in HR management is required/preferred or a minimum of 10 years of HR knowledge, skills, and experience in the security business is preferred.
