Project Coordinator
Guardforce Security (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.1. Provides administrative assistance to the Account Manager.
2. Attends monthly meeting and site visit as agreed.
3. Reports and investigates the suspicious incident as agreed timeline.
4. Conducts a monthly training as agreed.
5. Follows up a corrective action plan.
6. Reviews and improves workflow.
7. Coordinates with both internal and external parties to complete services.
8. Be responsible for a change of contract's terms and conditions.
9. Be responsible for costs and expenses as planned.
10. Follows up invoicing and collection.
11. Controls costs to meet the implementation plan.
12. Summaries quarterly KPI and action item.
- A degree in General Management or related is required/preferred or.
- A minimum 2 years of general administraion experience in general industry/companies/organizations.
- Customer-oriented, detailed, well-organized and independent ability.
- Good English communications and computer competencies.
- Standard competencies for 34-40 as follows; Adaptability, Analytical Thinking, Teamwork, Communications, Listening and Ethics.
