- Work closely with the business (and other) teams to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team.
- Monitor and review project activities and ensure its completion within scheduled time and budget.
- Manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of business unit.
- Engage with the customers and interpret of their needs to prospective products and services.
- Develop, manage and prepare best software development services.
- Guide, coach and mentor software developers.
- Provide project management and technical leadership for every aspect of software.
- Bachelor ’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years work-related experience in Software Development or Consulting fields.
- Proven ability to motivate teams to achieve high standards and accomplish set outcomes.
- Be technically-inclined, a great problem-solver, and possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- Knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns.
- Work smart and result oriented.
- Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture.
- Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience coding in various languages (React.JS, Node.JS, and more).
- Experience in agile software development and cross-functional team environments.
