หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- วิเคราะห์ข้อกำหนดและออกแบบ Test Case/Test Script สำหรับ Web และ Mobile Application
- ดำเนินการทดสอบตามขั้นตอนในหลายสภาพแวดล้อม (Environment)
- ทำงานร่วมกับนักพัฒนาและทีมผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อส่งมอบงานตรงเวลา
- จัดทำรายงานผลการทดสอบและสรุปผลการดำเนินงานสำหรับการพัฒนารอบถัดไป
- มีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการ Agile เช่น Daily Meeting, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review ฯลฯ
- ออกแบบและจัดทำเอกสารคู่มือ ขั้นตอน และเกณฑ์การประเมินคุณภาพและความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของระบบซอฟต์แวร์ให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐาน
- วางแผนและดำเนินการตรวจสอบคุณภาพซอฟต์แวร์ รวมถึงจัดการทีมตรวจสอบร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์การควบคุมด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศตามมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบภายใน
- ออกแบบและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทดสอบระบบซอฟต์แวร์ (IT Audit Program) ให้ครอบคลุมทุกประเภทของระบบ
- ศึกษาและวิจัยนโยบาย มาตรฐาน และแนวปฏิบัติด้านการพัฒนารัฐบาลดิจิทัล ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อกำหนดกรอบมาตรฐานดิจิทัลของภาครัฐไทย
- ร่วมจัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์การพัฒนามาตรฐานดิจิทัลผ่านนโยบายระดับชาติ
วุฒิการศึกษา:
- สำเร็จการศึกษาขั้นต่ำปริญญาตรี
ประสบการณ์การทำงาน:
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Software QA/Software Tester อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
ทักษะที่จำเป็น:
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบ Test Case และ Test Script
- สามารถดำเนินการ Manual Testing ได้
- มีทักษะการใช้งาน Version Control (Git)
- เข้าใจกระบวนการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ และหลักการทำงานแบบ Agile/Scrum
- มีทักษะการจัดการเวลา การแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และการทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน
- มีความรับผิดชอบและใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
ทักษะที่พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ:
- มีประสบการณ์กับ Automated Test เช่น Playwright, Robot Framework
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Secure Coding, Code Quality, OWASP
- เข้าใจหลักการ W3C Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน UX Process หรือ CI/CD และ Pipeline Deployment
