Responsibilities

Responsible for MASON brand including Brand building, Brand image, Internal branding, CSR & sustainability in all communication channels.
Develop Marketing & PR Plan and responsible for the strategic design, implementation and management a range of on-line & off-line Marketing Communication & PR strategies
Responsible for Marketing Communication & PR performance.
Develop and implement Digital Marketing strategy and plan to achieve business's target performance.
Responsible for all marketing & PR activities to ensure overall positioning of the resort, brand communication & PR align with the plan as well as to support sales activity and to ensure all activities are well perform and follow the timeline and meet company goals.
Lead, coach and manage Marketing & PR team to deliver efficiency Marketing Communication & PR performance and meet company's objective.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field is required.
At least 5 years experience of working in a marketing role for the hospitality industry.
Experience of working with media and design agencies.
Qualifications or courses relating to creative, descriptive or effective writing.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and under pressure.
Good command in English language both of written and spoken.
Strong communication, service and leadership skills.
Must be outgoing and enjoy working with people.
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Photo shop and others)
