Insurance Agent

• Provide information and guidance on various insurance products, including car insurance, accident insurance, travel insurance, life insurance, and more, to company sales representatives or directly to interested customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and sales representatives to ensure customer needs are met and to facilitate the selling process.
• Proactively suggest methods to motivate sales representatives in order to continuously drive sales growth.
• Contact insurance partners to inquire about promotions and sales support materials.
• Manage the process of enabling online work requests with insurance partners to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and provide additional options for customers to purchase products from multiple insurers.

Document Management Tasks

• Collect and verify document information to submit to insurance companies for the preparation of quotations.
• Review and confirm the accuracy of quotations received from insurance companies to ensure they are usable for the sales team.
• Gather and check required documentation from sales representatives before submitting requests to insurance companies.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to issue policies and track the delivery of quotations to sales representatives or customers directly.
• Summarize monthly sales data and report on sales team contact activities for follow-up on future presentations.
• Ensure the accuracy of all documents and deliver insurance policies to the sales team, customers, and input data into the system for issue resolution.
• Resolve any issues arising between the sales team and insurance companies, such as incorrect documents sent by the insurance company.
• Follow up on delayed documents to ensure they are sent to the sales team and customers without delay.
• Provide support to sales representatives when they have questions or concerns during the sales process.

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documents accurately.

• Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.

• Knowledge or experience in the insurance industry will be an advantage.
