HR Communication

• Manage internal communication channels to ensure consistent and effective information sharing.
• Create engaging content for newsletters, intranet, and other internal platforms.
• Promote the company’s culture, values, and employee value propositions through multiple channels.
• Align internal messaging with internal communication efforts to maintain a strong employer brand.

Employee Engagement :

• Plan and manage employee engagement activities, including events, competitions, and social gatherings.
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback to measure engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure inclusive engagement activities and support organizational goals.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, Political Science or related filed.
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, employee engagement, Internal Communication, or related areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
• Strong ability to build relationships and work effectively with others.
• Ability to analyze data and feedback to refine and improve engagement programs.
• Be creative and innovative mindset for developing engaging employee programs and initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with internal communication tools.
