- Assist in managing construction and renovation projects for new and existing Wash & Dry locations.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Oversee site inspections and address construction issues as they arise.
- Work with procurement teams to source and manage construction materials and equipment.
- Track and report project progress, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions.
- Assist in ensuring that all utility connections (water, electricity, gas) are properly installed and tested.
- Support the Construction Manager in managing permits and documentation requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
- 2 years above of experience in construction management, preferably in retail, laundromat, or commercial fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems related to laundromats.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
