Responsibilities

We're seeking an E-commerce Key Account Manager to spearhead client growth across top platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and social media. Craft tailored strategies, execute impactful marketing campaigns and ensure seamless operations.

  • Driving sales growth, up-selling, cross-selling, nurturing.
  • Oversee sales performance (GMV), online marketing performance, campaign performance and operational excellence for each client.
  • Recommend commercial strategy for clients across E-commerce Marketplace (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok), and on social media.
  • Execute marketing strategy for different clients, whether it be via online marketing, participating in a campaign or more.
  • Support day-to-day operations in content creation, supply chain management, and promotion management and business analytics.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, graphic designer, content team, customer service team, etc.) or 3rd party service partners to ensure deliverables on time.
  • Maintain close relationships with clients by ensuring client’s issues are addressed and fixed promptly
  • Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and the marketplace on a weekly or monthly basis.​

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Economics is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management or project management experience in the fields of e-commerce, advertising, FMCG or banking is a plus.
  • Experience with online advertising, merchandising and/or campaign planning is a plus.
  • Experience in retail or eCommerce business/industry will be an advantage (e.g. health & beauty, fashion, home appliance, power tool, etc.)
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written) and fluent in Thai is a MUST.
