• To assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
• To prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients.
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
• Establish active communication and engagement with sales executive and or other department to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
• Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism.
• Makes sales goals and assists other members of the sales department.
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Have driving license with ability to drive a car.
• Male/ Female Age 22-35 years
• Good command of Speaking, Reading and Writing English
• Proficient computer skill in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess good telephone communication skills
• Calm and easy-going personality with service minded
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• If you have knowledge about importing products, special consideration will be given.
